Ever since I started working at my normal job, I have started to become more of a geek than usual. I love Star Wars (although I get snippy when it comes to the prequals because I personally feel like if they were THAT awesome of effect designers, they should have made the video looked aged like the original ones. And don’t get me started on the aircraft..), I love super heros, Im a MAC convert, and ThinkGeek.com is one of my favorite stores.

That said, I have been doing a lot of cards and jewelry for the store, and I have finally decided that Modern Magpie needs to get their “Geek On” and have a geek inspired section of the Etsy shop. It is still in the works and I am trying to stock up on a few items before I launch but here are some items you can look forward to seeing:
